I get there, and noticed a bunch of undisclosed damage with the car, 2-3k worth of repairs in the private market.
Made a new offer, 1k less since there was additional damage that wasn't disclosed. Seemed fair, considering the damage locations and the fact that the car wasn't even cleaned out.
Sales manager not only declined my offer but RAISED the price that the sales person and myself agreed on.
Very disrespectful sales manager, sales man seemed like he wanted to make a deal, but sales manager wouldn't respect a verbal deal. Made tons of "tariff" excuses, but at the end of the day, it's a slightly beat up BMW on a Porsche lot.
Keep the car 🙂 Waste of time, and waste of taking a day off.

Steve DiFiore was amazing to work with. I bought my car (718 Spyder) from the website and I am in California. Steve handled EVERYTHING for me (finance, shippping, LoJack, etc.). He even had it detailed and filled the gas tank before it shipped. He stayed on to of everything while it was shipping (even on his days off). THANK YOU STEVE! I love my new car.

I worked with Steve DiFiore on the purchase of a 911 Carrera S and the transaction was super smooth. Being an out of state buyer could have been an issue, but Steve was so attentive and responsive he made the purchase very easy. When I picked up the car Steve made sure it was in perfect condition and had all the additions I had requested (XPEL, windows tinted, LoJack, etc). I’ve had nothing but good experiences at Golden Valley Porsche in MN, every time coming away with a better understanding of my car and with repairs and service that were necessary and, in some cases, long overdue. My most recent visit, prompted by a failed front strut at the end of a weekend at BIR, resulted in a well-advised upgrade to my 20-year-old 911 TT’s suspension, new rotors, brake lines and new differential seals. What was noteworthy is that Jon Beyer, my service rep, and Nick Pooler, the accomplished technician doing the work, didn’t shoehorn me into an OEM box, and instead recommended a suspension setup that meets my use of the car—mostly street, but also regular visits to the track. Even after more than 30 years of track visits, I needed recommendations, and they steered me to a new suspension setup (adjustable Ohlin struts and coil-overs) that transformed the car’s ride, full re-alignment and corner balancing, and new, larger GiroDisc rotors that add extra stopping power, along with stainless steel brake lines that guard against a failure of two-decade-old original hoses. Nick, who has extensive experience with Porsche Cup cars and racing teams, showed me how to adjust the struts and gave me an extensive recap on what he had done, answering any number of other questions as well. All along the way, Jon Beyer was in constant touch, offering helpful advice on the choices I had made and keeping me apprised of the progress on the car. Yes, it was an investment, but it was worth every penny. The car is like new now (last year the engine, plugs and filters got the attention). It’s safe, stable, and in absolute tip-top condition. The team at Porsche Minneapolis are great to work with and professional. Small team but Matt and the staff are thorough and reliable. Would work with them again but buying a GT3 won't be a common occurence! Their used car inventory is also top notch and they only select the highest quality cars on their lot.

We were interested in purchasing a Cayenne Coupe Turbo S E-Hybrid but we had the worst experience. The first time we visited the dealer was on a Saturday and we wanted to test drive the car and we were told it had absolutely no gas and no charge so we couldn’t try it. We asked if someone could go get gas and we’re told no but to come back Monday because and it will be fully charged and have gas. We came back on this day and it still had no gas and no charge. We felt dismissed. We had to wait for them to go fill it for 20+ minutes. We wanted to experience the plug in hybrid so it was a disappointment that it wasn’t charged like we were promised. The third time we went was later that week and we were told the vehicle wasn’t available for us to view because it was off site in the “vault”. Nobody could get it for us. We felt dismissed and disrespected again. We agreed with our salesman, Shawn to come back Monday and he promised it would be back from the vault fully charged and with gas so we could finally test drive it as we originally wanted. We called that agreed upon Monday morning to tell him we would come at 3. He said unfortunately the vehicle is on hold for a long time client of theirs so now we can’t see it and it Sold and basically this client is more important than us. We previously purchased a 2016 cayenne S from then and ended up leaving this situation absolutely disgusted with the treatment we received from Shawn and whoever was involved. We all felt as though they purposely never had this car ready for us to test drive to hold it for this “special” client of theirs. We also left with the feeling of why did they hold it for this person but not us? We had previously purchased from them and would be a continued client, but after this whole debacle we certainly will not be ever purchasing from them again and left feeling like they have poor business ethics of picking favorites and manipulating the situation to whatever suits them better.
Safety issue was present and known by dealership and not disclosed to me as a customer. After numerous attempts at repairs and being told to “just leave it” I fortunately found out at a different Porsche dealership about it. Felt cheated. Wish I could return this Porsche. The engine light came on within one month of purchase of a CPO vehicle under 30k miles. Did not receive license plate in a timely manner, do not work with them if out of state.

If you’re considering a Porsche go see Scott Gabrik. He’s more consultant than salesperson. He’ll put your interests first, even if that means not selling you something he knows isn’t right for you. I’ve bought multiple cars from Scott, and wouldn’t consider buying one from anyone else. The service team at Porsche Minneapolis is also second to none. I actually enjoy taking my car in for service here.

I cannot say enough good things about Scott Gabrik specifically at Porsche Minneapolis. He is knowledgeable, patient, and never pushes his customers into something he knows would not be the right fit. Honestly, I'm generally not loyal to one dealership, but I'd never buy a Porsche from anyone other than Scott!

Every single person here is accommodating, welcoming, and friendly. Yes, they’re obviously trying to get you in a vehicle but, it never once felt pushy, cheesy, or rushed. I worked with Sean who was a knowledgeable, warm, and welcoming sales professional. I’m in healthcare and he more than accommodated me and my weird schedule. In addition, as a first time Porsche buyer and a female I never felt that I wasn’t taken seriously. Melissa, Tommy, and Dexter were also very helpful and kind. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealer.
