Contactless Purchasing

Porsche Minneapolis is now offering contactless purchasing and sales consultations, by appointment. Make your choice from this huge selection of vehicles or schedule a consultancy and expert advice regarding the purchase of a new Porsche or used vehicle. We have improved our process to ensure from your pre-visit to financing and picking up your vehicle is safe and comfortable for you.

Pre-Visit

Our team will work with each individual to tailor your store experience throughout the sales process. We are equipped to send custom walk around videos, FaceTime and utilize other video platforms to show you the specific car you are interested in if you are not comfortable coming into the store.

Test Drives

Once you have found a vehicle and would like to Test Drive, Porsche Minneapolis will collect all required information ahead of time through email. By scheduling a test drive we will have your selected vehicle(s) gassed, clean and parked directly in front of the dealership ready upon your arrival.  We are also able to leave a sanitized car in your garage or driveway to meet you at your comfort level.  In addition to being sanitized each client will receive a new steering wheel cover and/or gloves for your test drive experience.

Ordering, Trade Appraisals and F&I

If you are looking to order a custom vehicle a sales team member can set up a screen share with you while configuring the car in realtime. For trade-ins, our team is able to appraise your vehicle with a client provided walk-around video or by appointment in store.  The Porsche Minneapolis team is also prepared to handle the majority of the purchasing process online or overnight required documents and waiting the appropriate time following the CDC guidelines to ensure no viral transmission before sending back.

Delivery

Prior to your arrival, your vehicle will be sanitized, detailed and fueled. Porsche Connect will also be set to ensure all of your services are already activated before you arrive at the dealership. Facetime and at-home delivery is also available for most local clients. Your sales team member can offer Facetime for delivery at the store or at your home while sitting in an identical car and providing all relevant delivery instructions.
